Everything you need to know to start earning as a Dayspaces Provider
5 Simple Steps to Listing Your Dayspace
1 Fill in our Provider Application to receive an email invitation to create your free Provider account on our Beta platform.
2 After verifying your account and setting up your profile, click the ‘List your Dayspace’ button to begin your listing, including: an introduction to your space, location, open hours, number of available Member spots, amenities, monthly membership fee, photos, parking details, etc.
3 When you are happy with your listing, submit it for review by the Dayspaces team. We will let you know if any revisions or in-person checks need to take place before approval.
4 Once approved, your listing will instantly go live and be ready for potential Members to find and view your listing. Verified Members will also be able to secure their spot directly within your listing. To see a breakdown of income potential and subscription costs for Providers, visit our Pricing section below.
5 We will promote your Dayspace via our email list, Member network and social media channels. You will also spread the word to your own network to help fill your Member spots and start earning extra cash!

Minimum Provider Requirements
☐ Must legally own or lease commercial real estate
☐ Space should be furnished & able to comfortably seat 5-20 Members with a minimum of 100 sq ft per Member
☐ Space should be clean & available to Members between 10-40 hours per week (M-F daytime hours only)
☐ Space is required to have at least 1 unisex bathroom and high speed, password-protected Wifi [Test your speed here]
☐ Must allow at least 2 non-paying Member Managers on site during open hours to support fellow Members
☐ Must commit to a minimum of 6 months to allow adequate time to build a strong Membership base
PRICING
Provider Income Potential
You can price your Monthly Membership anywhere from $50-250/month per Member. You keep 90% of Member earnings with 10% allocated to Dayspaces for ongoing Provider & Member support. So, if you have 10 Members each paying $100/month, you will consistently bring in an extra $900/month with space that you already have. The only new costs to you will be your Dayspaces subscription (see below), potential Wifi security upgrades and any new amenities you might like to offer your Members, such as coffee/tea/snacks, all of which are optional.
Subscription Costs
Your monthly subscription price (per Dayspace) is based on the number of total Members you host in your Dayspace. Your subscription doesn’t begin until your Dayspace is approved and active, so you have as much time as you need to set up your listing before you pay a cent.
5-9 Members $29/month
10-14 Members $39/month
15-20 Members $49/month
Since the minimum monthly membership fee is $50, even one paying Member will cover your subscription cost.
